JAMIE LIGGINS

Jamie Liggins is the Founder and CEO of Notary Access and Business Services. She has 29 plus years of experience in the Notary industry. Her roles are vast and extend beyond the Notary Industry as Instructor/Mentor/Certified NSA but also as a Public Speaker, Field Inspector and author.

In 2004, the National Notary Association (NNA) particularly honored her not only for her dedication to strengthening the professionalism of the Notary Industry but to her development of a personalized one-on-one training program to mentor notaries.  

For such honor, she was featured on Woman’s Radio Network, in Ebony magazine, honored by the Carson, CA Mayors’ Office and as the recipient of the Martin Luther King’s Drum Major Award for Social Justice by California State Dominguez University.

She has had the privilege of not only holding a commission as a Common Law Notary in California, but now commissioned as a Civil Law Notary in the State of Louisiana.

Jamie is a member of the National Notary Association and is an NNA Louisiana Ambassador and distinguished Speaker for many years and in 2018 was honored to be the NNA’s Conference Keynote Speaker.
